Robert Graham
Managing Partner / Cofounder
Robert Graham believes people are the true technology. For twenty years, he has helped companies in technology, manufacturing, and life sciences unlock their greatest advantage; their people. His approach blends innovation with intuition, using technology not to replace the human touch but to amplify it.
Robert is a builder of teams, cultures, and momentum. An entrepreneur at heart, he understands that great organizations are not managed into existence; they are designed.
When he steps away from work, he focuses on what fuels him most; family, the ocean, and behind the wheel chasing speed and clarity.
Ross Rosner
Managing Partner / Cofounder
Ross Rosner grew up in Philadelphia and is a four for four Philly sports fan. He followed in the footsteps of his father and three grandparents, receiving his MBA from Temple University.
He joined the organization in order to create and shape a Respectfully Professional Company that values quality over quantity and relationships over transactions. Ross brings 10 years of recruiting experience and almost 20 years of business development with a focus on customer service.
His interests include spending time with family, fishing, golfing, and retail arbitrage.
Jeff Carroll
Director of Sales
Jeff brings over 20 years of sales experience in Technology Staffing and Solutions. Jeff employs a consultative sales approach with his clients, fostering long-term relationships. His flexible approach allows ease of use for all his clients. Jeff is excited to bring his knowledge and experience to the RX2 family.
Jeff grew up in the Philly suburbs and graduated from Ursinus College with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters outside of work, playing golf, working out, and enjoying craft beer, scotch, and bourbon. And, of course, all things Philly sports.
Josh Roby
Director of Strategic Staffing
Josh Roby brings 10 years of progressive staffing experience, predominately in Manufacturing and Engineering. Josh utilizes industry knowledge along with his extensive background in Staff Augmentation to deliver customized Talent Acquisition Strategies. At his core, Josh is a businessman with strong moral values who puts the client and candidate first.
Josh graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s in Business.
Josh enjoys playing sports, working out, and spends time with his family.
Laura Martin
Office Manager
Laura Martin comes to us from a nationally recognized quick-service company with a strong background in customer service and administrative support.
Originally from Claymont, Laura received her bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC.
Laura enjoys crafting, roller skating, baking, and spending time with her family and friends in her spare time.
Brandon Caruso

Brian Brown
Recruiting Lead
Brian Brown earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from North Carolina State University before being selected in the 9th round of the MLB Draft. He went on to spend two seasons competing in the Boston Red Sox minor league system.
With roughly five years of recruiting experience and is recognized for his ability to build lasting relationships and his sharp attention to detail.
A passionate Philadelphia sports fan, Brian enjoys attending games, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
