Robert Graham brings roughly two decades of experience creating Human Capital and Talent Acquisition Strategies for Technology and Life Science Companies. Robert's unique perspective on Staff Augmentation is leveraging technology to provide a customized, efficient solution. Robert is a technologist at heart who understands how to build highly functioning and dynamic teams.
Robert has a BA in History, an MBA in Organizational Leadership, and is a Certified Scrum Master.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and tinkering with technology.
Managing Partner / Cofounder
Ross Rosner grew up in Philadelphia and is a four for four Philly sports fan. He followed in the footsteps of his father and three grandparents, receiving his MBA from Temple University.
He joined the organization in order to create and shape a Respectfully Professional Company that values quality over quantity and relationships over transactions. Ross brings 10 years of recruiting experience and almost 20 years of business development with a focus on customer service.
His interests include spending time with family, fishing, golfing, and retail arbitrage.
Director, Strategic Staffing
Josh Roby brings 10 years of progressive staffing experience, predominately in Manufacturing and Engineering. Josh utilizes industry knowledge along with his extensive background in Staff Augmentation to deliver customized Talent Acquisition Strategies. At his core, Josh is a businessman with strong moral values who puts the client and candidate first.
Josh graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's in Business.
Josh enjoys playing sports, working out, and spends time with his family.
Amanda Narcise brings over 10 years of professional staffing experience in the life science, healthcare, and administrative space to RX2 Solutions. She is a go-getter who is energized by results and was drawn to the professional environment, similar mindset, and Respectfully Professional culture of RX2 Solutions. She has a tenacious drive for creating staffing solutions that exceed business goals while providing the highest level of service to the client and the job seeker.
Amanda enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephew in her spare time, going down the shore and trying out new restaurants.
Brandon Caruso brings 7 years of diverse staffing experience as both a top producing Recruiter, and as the Manager of a technical staffing team that provides tailored candidate searches. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. Brandon is a firm believer in providing a quality over quantity staffing approach that resonates well with RX2’s Respectfully Professional Process.
In his spare time Brandon enjoys riding his motorcycle, mountain biking, snowboarding, spending time outdoors, and working on DIY projects.
Sr. Associate, Strategic Staffing
John comes from a nationally recognized home health care company and has a strong background in customer service, vendor management, and IT support. Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, he received his Health Policy and Administration degree from Penn State University.
He is a lifelong Phillies and Eagles fan who enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and playing his guitar.
Richard Domico received his Bachelor's Degree in Science and Statistics from Penn State University, where he played Division III soccer at PSU Abington. He has experience working with a military supplier and contractor to the U.S. Government. Richard prides himself on his communication ability and commitment to growing and learning from others.
In his spare time, Rick Coaches two Youth Travel Soccer Teams. Additionally, he is an avid Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys watching all sports, spending time with family, and golfing with friends.
Laura Martin comes to us from a nationally recognized quick-service company with a strong background in customer service and administrative support. Originally from Claymont, Laura received her bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC.
Laura enjoys crafting, roller skating, baking, and spending time with her family and friends in her spare time.
